Humblr, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Humblr mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By using Humblr, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Username, email address, display name, date of birth, and profile photo.
- Content You Post: Photos, captions, reactions, and comments you submit.
- Usage Data: Features used, time spent, and navigation patterns.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique identifiers, and IP address.
- Optional: Phone number, social media handles, and website links if provided.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- Generate AI-powered roasts, bios, and captions.
- Personalize your experience and content recommendations.
- Send push notifications you have opted into.
- Respond to customer support inquiries.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Send marketing communications if you have opted in.
4. AI Processing of Photos
When you post a photo, it is processed by our AI systems to generate roasts, captions, and sound selections. Photos are analyzed for content, context, and visual attributes. Photo data is processed to deliver core app features. We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can delete photos and associated AI content by deleting your posts or account.
5. Health-Related Information
Humblr does not intentionally collect health or medical information. Our content moderation may flag sensitive topics to ensure user safety. Washington State residents have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act. Contact us at contact@humblr.ai for more information.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the App (subject to confidentiality obligations), law enforcement when required by law, and successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Humblr is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account. Contact contact@humblr.ai if you believe a minor has created an account.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, opt-out of marketing, and data portability. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise your rights, contact contact@humblr.ai.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and analytics providers. These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
