Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Humblr application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Humblr, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Humblr. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@humblr.ai of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access. You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.

4. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Humblr to:

  • Post content that is hateful, racist, or discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users.
  • Post content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Roasts must target choices, style, and humor — never protected identity characteristics.

5. AI-Generated Content

Humblr uses artificial intelligence to generate roasts, bios, and captions ("AI Content"). By submitting photos or content, you consent to AI processing of that content. AI Content is for entertainment only and does not reflect the views or endorsements of Humblr, Inc. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. Report inappropriate AI content using the in-app report function.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Humblr, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App and for promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to all User Content you post, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of Humblr is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, and all content created by Humblr, Inc., is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. HUMBLR, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OFFENSE, OR HARM ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMBLR, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.
